Privacy Policy

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

نُضار المعرفة, trading as AURENDOR, is responsible for the information handled through this public website. We are based in Baghdad, Iraq. For privacy enquiries, contact contact@aurendor.io or +964 776 010 0040. This policy covers website visits, enquiries, consultation requests and optional newsletter subscriptions. Client systems, Bunyan Pro deployments and training platforms have their own contractual arrangements and, where applicable, separate privacy notices.

2. Information you choose to provide

An enquiry or consultation request may include your name, work email, company, phone number if supplied, business challenge and preferred timing. We also receive information you include in follow-up email or WhatsApp messages. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we receive your email address. We do not request payment-card details, identity documents, passwords or confidential customer records through these forms. Please describe the workflow without including sensitive records.

3. Technical information and site measurement

Framer hosts and delivers the website and supports its forms and site analytics. Requests to hosting and asset-delivery services involve technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages and delivery logs. Basic usage measurement helps us understand how the site is used and maintain it. We do not use the consultation form to create advertising profiles. Third-party websites opened from our links apply their own policies.

4. Why we use this information

We use enquiry information to respond, understand your request, arrange a suitable conversation and prepare a proposal if requested. We use technical information to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the site. Where needed, we retain relevant records for an agreed engagement, legal obligations or handling a dispute. Requesting a consultation does not subscribe you to marketing; newsletter subscription is a separate choice. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

5. Who may receive it

Relevant AURENDOR team members use the information to handle your request. Service providers involved in delivering the site and communications may also process it: Framer for hosting, forms and site measurement; our business email service for correspondence; and WhatsApp (Meta) if you choose that channel. External font or media delivery services receive the technical request needed to load their assets. We may disclose information where required by applicable law or to establish or defend legal rights. We do not give news sources your enquiry details.

6. Processing outside Iraq

Cloud hosting and communication providers may process information outside Iraq. This website is not a promise of Iraq-only hosting or on-premises processing. If your organisation has residency or confidentiality requirements, tell us before sharing restricted data so that an appropriate project arrangement can be considered.

7. Retention

We retain enquiries while responding and considering the potential engagement, and afterwards only as reasonably needed for follow-up, business records or applicable legal obligations. If an enquiry becomes a client engagement, the relevant agreement and required record-keeping apply. Newsletter information is kept while subscribed, with a minimal suppression record where needed to honour an unsubscribe request. You may ask us to delete enquiry data; we will explain if a legal obligation or unresolved dispute requires limited retention.

8. Your choices and requests

Email contact@aurendor.io to request information about data we hold about you, correction, deletion, an end to optional communications or review of how we use it. We may ask for proportionate verification before disclosing or changing records. We will consider your request under applicable Iraqi law and our service commitments and explain any limitation. You can unsubscribe from updates without affecting a consultation enquiry. These options do not limit rights granted by applicable law.

9. AI and client project information

Our news workflow processes public-source material to prepare and prioritise updates. Submitting a consultation form is not consent to use confidential business records for model training. Before processing client project data through an AI provider, the applicable agreement should identify the purpose, approved providers, access and security arrangements, hosting and retention responsibilities. Please do not send production data through the public website form.

10. Security, children and updates

We use reasonable safeguards and limit enquiry access to those who need it, but no online service is completely secure. The site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 18. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. We will publish a dated revision when this policy changes, including when a new form or provider materially changes how website data is handled.
