Terms & Conditions

1. Who operates this website

This website is operated by نُضار المعرفة, trading as AURENDOR, based in Baghdad, Iraq. We design and implement AI systems, business automation and custom software, provide AI consulting and training, and develop products including Bunyan Pro. Contact: contact@aurendor.io; +964 776 010 0040.

2. Scope of these terms

These terms govern use of our public website, consultation request form, articles and AI News Feed. They do not replace the written agreement for a client project, a Bunyan Pro deployment, training or ongoing support. The applicable proposal, statement of work, licence and data-processing terms determine the scope, fees, milestones, acceptance, intellectual property, hosting and support for that engagement.

3. Enquiries and consultation requests

Sending a form is a request for contact, not a confirmed appointment or a purchase. We review the information and agree the time and format with you. Any fee is disclosed and agreed before a paid session or work begins. A consultation explores your workflow and possible next steps; it does not guarantee savings, revenue, feasibility or a particular technical outcome. You may request a change or cancellation through our contact email; any paid engagement follows its separately agreed cancellation terms.

4. Information you submit

Provide accurate contact details and only information you are authorised to share. Describe business processes at a general level. Do not send passwords, API keys, identity documents, bank details, sensitive employee or customer records, or confidential project files through a public enquiry form. Where such material is needed for an agreed project, we will agree an appropriate channel and responsibilities first.

5. Responsible use

You may browse the site and share links or short attributed quotations. Do not impersonate another person, submit unlawful or infringing material, send malware or spam, bypass access controls, interfere with availability, or reproduce our content or design commercially without permission. Ordinary search indexing and lawful linking remain permitted.

6. Ownership and third-party materials

Our original website content, design and brand assets belong to us or are used under licence. Third-party names, marks, images and linked reporting remain the property of their respective owners. References to a provider, model or product do not imply partnership, endorsement or affiliation. Rights in client deliverables are determined by the relevant written agreement.

7. AI News Feed and educational content

The feed offers original summaries and links to external sources, assisted by automated collection and AI-based prioritisation. It is updated after completed monitoring runs and is not a real-time or exhaustive news service. Publication dates, evidence labels and the last update help you assess each item. Reported or unconfirmed information is labelled separately. Check the original source before acting; vendor prices, availability and capabilities may change. Articles and consultations do not replace qualified legal, financial, engineering or safety advice.

8. AI systems and project commitments

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and may require human review. Website examples illustrate possible uses, not a promise that every feature suits every organisation. Data access, approved providers, review responsibilities and any automated actions are agreed for the specific engagement. We do not promise perfect accuracy or unrestricted autonomous decision-making.

9. Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care with the website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by reliance on general website material or an external service. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, gross fault or any liability or mandatory consumer right that Iraqi law does not permit us to exclude. Signed project obligations remain unaffected.

10. Privacy, applicable law and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains how website enquiries and technical data are handled. These website terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Website disputes are subject to the competent Iraqi courts under applicable jurisdiction rules. Please first contact contact@aurendor.io so we can try to resolve a concern. This does not restrict any mandatory legal right or a separate written dispute-resolution agreement.

11. Updates

We may revise these terms and publish a dated version here. Changes apply prospectively and do not rewrite an existing signed agreement. Please review the current terms when submitting a new enquiry.
